The 46Ms holds more than 80 percent more paper per gallon than standard cross-cut shredders. The 46Ms shreds 12 sheets per pass into 5/64 x 9/16" micro-cut particles (Security Level P-5). It shreds paper for up to 15 minutes before a 25-minute cooldown is needed. Stacking cutting heads also cut through staples, credit cards and CDs/DVDs. Design includes sleep mode to save energy, an 8-gallon pullout bin, 8-7/8" throat width and 55-decibel level.
